Shipping Infomation

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of the customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The Manufacturer process the orders, which takes and additional 2-4days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15-30 business days. US orders are shipped by ePacket, Which is a US Postal Service products. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.  

NOTE: These are estimated delivery times. Alikasa does not guarantee delivery dates. We will, however, always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery date.

Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.

We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Alikasa does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
